  1. Steam all the ingredients above in a steamer for 15min
  2. Sprinkle salt on sweet potato, curry powder on mung beans, Italian herb mix on sweet corn, and serve hot
Recipe Notes

* chop sweet corn the night before.

** wash mung bean the night before and soak in 2 cups of warm water to speed up sprouting overnight. Leave it in room temperature overnight, with lid on. They will be lightly sprouted the next morning.
